Happy Spring
It was 50 degrees for the first day of Spring, but very, very windy!

Beef
Last month, I got a 1/2 of a pig. All the pork, ham, bacon, etc , is so far, delicious!
Last week, I got a 1/6 of a cow! The 1/6 was less weight than the 1/2 pig. Which either means a very large pig or a smaller cow! Either way, my freezer is FULL! I also bought two soup chickens from the farmer because Hubby was in the mood for soup! We are all set for a while (through the summer) with meat now!

HAPPY ST. JOSEPH'S DAY!!!
We are late on bottling the wine this year due to my husband's surgery. We are looking at April 15th for a possible date!! I will keep you posted!!
I already ate my chocolate zeppoli on Sunday afternoon!
