Late season peas

It's November 13th and my late planted pea plants are just gorgeous......but there are no peas on them.....I was really hoping to get a second crop of them.  I got a great first crop. 

I'm hoping a freeze holds off a while longer, but I won't hold my breath.

I picked my second quart of red raspberries tonight and my sister picked her first.  I'll go back again on Saturday for more!!!  I'll be making jam on Sunday!

My mother-in-law has such a bounty, for me at least!!!

Next up - Blueberries!!!!!

Yard work

I got a lot done this weekend - the weather was gorgeous.  Lettuce is in the ground, onions and garlic are in (some kind of special stuff my dad gave me).  I have planted thyme and rosemary.  Tomato plants are in.  Peas are about 1 foot tall already!

I am turning over a new section (it is small) of the garden and I'm putting in some herbs this year.  So far, so good.

Here are pictures of my rhodendrem (sp).  It is beautiful again this year.
