I have to say, we did pretty good! I made two quarts of salsa and we made five pints of corn job jelly and eight quarts of apple pie filling!
The cold room is filling up! I don't know what's next! But I'm thinking about marinated eggplant!

More Canning
Last weekend, Deb and I canned six quarts of applesauce. We are already using some of it, so the picture is not complete!
This weekend, our goal was salsa, corn cob jelly (just like honey), and apple pie filling.
I have to say, we did pretty good! I made two quarts of salsa and we made five pints of corn job jelly and eight quarts of apple pie filling!
The cold room is filling up! I don't know what's next! But I'm thinking about marinated eggplant!

Wow! You sure do keep busy. I'm tired just hearing about all that canning. LOL!
Okay, Maria, you got me on this one! I have never heard of Corn Cob Jelly!
So I just looked for it on the internet and now I'm going to be making some this week! Thank you :)
