Fall CSA Week 3

Here is what I received this week.  I traded the collard green tops for peppers!  I got one butternut squash, and two delicata squash (for the last item).  I was going to buy more broccoli rabe, but they were out of it already!! 

Fall Box 

1 head of escarole

1 bunch of broccoli raab

1 top of a collard greens plant

1 top of a toscano kale plant

1 bunch of radishes

1 1/2lbs sweet potatoes

1 lb bag of carrots

3 winter squash
