I picked up my 1/6 of a cow this weekend. Lots and lots and lots of grassfed beef now fill the freezer!
I got so much stuff:
Porterhouse steaks
Rib steaks
London Broils
Hamburg meat
Soup shanks
Lots of Bones
Roast Beef
And then some of it, I will have to figure out what to do with it......
Namely, three packages of liver.
Tonight, Rib steaks and hamburgs for the kids.
