It is 6:30 pm....we never lost power. We had a ton of stick clean up to do, but I don't think I can complain one bit. There are towns near by without power and not expected to have power for a few days....
There is a slight breeze now. It is cool and I think we can sleep with the windows open tonight.
I got a lot of cooking accomplished this weekend. Kale Bean Soup, Eggplant Parm., Chicken and Potatoes, Stew, Chicken broth for the freezer, lots of other things.
I have to go back to work tomorrow, but I won't have to shop for groceries for two weeks (at least). God is good. But I feel sorry for my brother who is without power and those on the shoreline who were devastated.
